2.2.4 Case study: Management trainer

For this case study:

First, the situation is characterized. This is followed by a brief video in which two actors act out a situation. Finally, you are asked the question: describe the smart command and control strategy that is being applied here?

Rose is leading a management training course with a group of engineers. Although the course is scheduled to last until 4.30, he wants to stop at 3.00.  The course participants would prefer to continue and may be willing to stop at 4.00. They would also like to be involved in the decision-making. Watch the video in which the trainer speaks.
