For this case study:

First, the situation is characterized. This is followed by a brief video in which two actors act out a situation. Finally, you are asked the question: describe the smart command and control strategy that is being applied here?

In October, there will be negotiations in a company on next year’s salary increase. The negotiations will be held between the management and the trade unions. The management is aware that there is room for a wage increase of 3.0%. A month before the negotiations, in September, the management makes this announcement
