In module 1, we explained the essence of the process mindset. We also sketched the context in which leaders operate and how this context is different than most engineers are used to work in.

The explanation raises two questions.

One: does the process mindset also have disadvantages? In this module we will see that the answer to this question is – of course – yes, it does.

Two: how do we integrate the project and process mindsets? Both of these questions are interrelated and will be dealt with this chapter ‘strategies in networks’.
