The difference between policy and values also helps us to understand another pattern of framing and reframing. Values are important. After all, they are warm. Policy is often cold. It is nothing more than the conveying of information. Values are about more than conveying information. Through values, you can also enter into a relationship with each other, so it must be attractive to hijack your opponents values…
