Exam prerequisites
The examination is oral and can take place in June every year. Before an appointment can be made for an exam you should hand in solutions to all six assignment via Blackboard. For instructions see the section below.
The interview starts with a presentation by the student on a self-chosen topic from the curriculum, followed by a discussion of this topic.
The student can be asked to derive and discuss another part of the book. All aspects of the course can be discussed during the interview. At the end of the interview, the instructor grades the student and the necessary administrative details are finalized.
