This lecture will discuss Evolution. Students should:

  • Understand the notions of
    • Evolution
    • Co-evolution
    • Coupled fitness landscapes
    • Intractability
  • Understand the differences between biological and socio-technical evolution

ToDo: Explore the Echo Model by performing some of the predefined Behavior Space experiments. Think of a change in the model that you want to implement, and examine it again with a parameter sweep.
