Document your steps

It is important to document your actions and results during your literature search.

The documents below will support you throughout your thesis preparation. They contain checklists covering the different parts of the process, so you can record every step as you take it. Save each document on your own laptop, in your own network folder or on a memory stick, and fill it in while you are collecting information. This is important as it will enable you to go back at any time and redo or edit your search. Feel free to add extra notes to the documents: they may come in useful later!

Documenting your steps in this way means that you can always support your findings when discussing your results. Use the following links to the checklist of each step.
