In this fourth module you will learn about the various bathymetric domains of seas and oceans and of the processes, mainly currents, waves and tides, which control sedimentary patterns.

Having produced sediments and transported them to the sea (with all modifications which we have discussed), you are now asked to look at some clips and do some exercises which focus on the sedimentation patterns in the marine domain.

The first step is to get familiar with the bathymetry of seas and ocean.
