When having determined changes in strategy and innovation (see Module 4) the next step is to find out what this means for the organization’s business model. In Module 5 we introduced the business model canvas to you and discussed what big data might mean for the nine building blocks of the business model canvas. Now you are ready for Module 6 where will turn to what all this means for the organization structure and possibly the job descriptions of those in charge of the digital changes in an organization.
