Welcome to the fifth module of this course, in which we discuss control in microgrids. To start, it is important to note that without proper information & communication infrastructure, many control actions in microgrids cannot be realized. Therefore, in this video we address various communication area networks, ranging from pico-grids to nano-grids, and then to microgrids.  You will also learn about various international standards related to microgrids.
