6.3.2 Creating a behaviour – part 2
Course subject(s)
Module 6. Final
In this lecture, we will continue working with the FlexBE App. You will learn how to configure your own state machine.
The Statemachine Editor is what you will often use when developing behaviors in FlexBE.
The most important tools are:
- Add state
- Save behaviour (don’t forget!)
Every state machine has a single entry point, and automatically includes the behavior outcomes (concentric circles) you have configured in the Dashboard view, even before adding any states.
We added the necessary states for our demo behavior to pick up a part from a conveyor belt.
Tool overlay is a handy tool which you can activate by pressing ctrl+space. With this tool, you get basic editing commands, for example to copy and paste states.
