Dr. F. Sebastiano

Fabio Sebastiano is an Assistant Professor at the department of Quantum and Computer Engineering, Delft University of Technology. His main research goal is to interface integrated circuits with the world outside the silicon chip, both by building better sensor read-outs and by interacting with new computing devices.

Fabio received his PhD from TU Delft in 2011. At NXP Semiconductors from 2006 to 2013, he carried out research on sensor read-outs and integrated references, before joining TU Delft in 2013.

Currently, Fabio is pushing the state-of-the-art of electronic interfaces for sensors and quantum devices. His dream is to build the cryogenic electronic interface for quantum processors that will enable large-scale quantum computing.
