Wipe dust off exterior and cover equipment after checks

Visual checks

Check all fittings and accessories are mounted correctly

USG can have a lot of cables- Check cables are not twisted and probe is safely stored

Functional checks

Before use, switch on to one of the modes that we learnt about in the previous section and check if the monitor displays the right image.
