6.2.3 From data to wisdom

Course subject(s) Module 6. Considering digital innovation

Data, Information, Knowledge are related concepts that form the building blocks of Information Science. In this video we will present their definitions and  highlight differences since often they are used as synonyms.

We will also present the hierarchical model Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom,  showing the concepts have in fact complex interactions . Then we will assess the importance of DIKW in any process within an organization.
