Course subject(s) 4. Intelligent Control and Integration of Heating in the Energy Systems

The first lecture of this module will discuss the trends that are important for heating demands. Since this module will focus on the role of heat energy in the energy transition, it is important to first understand the general trend regarding the heat demand. It is important to realize that electricity and heat are two different types of energy. In this lecture, the differences are explained, and the demand response is analysed.
