What’s the value of business model innovation? How can you use a business model to improve your business?

In the introduction video below, entrepreneur Angele Giuliano will explain the setup of this course.

In this first module, you’ll watch the first instruction video. You will learn your first business model tool: the business model card game. We’ll apply the tool to an example case, and then to your own company.

If you’re feeling lost with all the new business model definitions and concepts, please see the Glossary page. Here you can find an overview of short explanations for almost all definitions that you might not understand yet.
