In this clip the first case of the course is introduced. In this case we discover the solution SNV (Stichting Nederlandse Vrijwilligers, in English: Foundation for Dutch Volunteers) has designed, and already installed in many regions such as Asia, Africa and South-America. The main questions that will be answered in this case are introduced and outlined as well.
