Can two parties share entanglement without ever interacting with each other? In this video Gustavo will answer this question and take you through the steps of the entanglement swapping protocol.
- Two non-connected parties can achieve entanglement using two Bell States, two classical bits and a common intermediate station.
- Throughout the process the intermediate station gains no information about the states of the two parties.
