Lecture 3C: Aircraft Energy Carriers

Energy source, energy-to-work converter, and a work-to-thrust converter. That’s it! In the past few lectures, we’ve already seen that the latter two have become astonishingly efficient. Therefore, in the last two lectures of this week, we shall take a close look at the energy sources used by the propulsion system.

In this lecture, Dr. Gangoli Rao will discuss our options for providing energy to our engines, and bust some myths about these energy sources along the way!
