For an industrial wastewater activated sludge process, the influent flowrate is 1000 m3/d, the amount of BOD in the influent water is 300 g/m3, the biomass concentration (X) is 2000 g/m3, the reactor BOD concentration (S) is 15 g/m3, and the reactor volume is 105 m3.
Determine the net biomass yield using the kinetic coefficients given in the below.
