P-N Junction under Bias – Dark JV Curve

We have now seen how an applied voltage influences the behaviour of a p-n juction. In this video you will learn how to plot the current-voltage characteristic of a p-n junction diode in the dark. The so-called the J-V relationship is an important property for any electrical device.
