The seismic design code for Europe is Eurocode 8, formally known as EN 1998. This lecture by Kubilây Hiçyılmaz outlines the basic principles of Eurocode 8 in comparison with the first Dutch Practical Guideline, NPR 9998:2015. If you are not familiar yet with NPR9998:2015 you are advised to start with lecture 4.3 first before continuing with this lecture.
