In order to be able to replace the variants of artificial polymers used daily in the various fields of application by biopolymers, it is necessary to convert known fossil-based polymers into bio-based polymers and to develop new biopolymers with useful features. Two fascinating new bio-based polymers, which gain more and more interest in this field, are presented in the film below.
