Question 2: Energy cost for aeration

The WWTP treats sewage with an influent flow 7,000 m3/day. Calculate the yearly energy bill for aeration of the basins (0.13€/kWh). Take the average pollution concentrations for Dutch sewage (COD = 470 mg/l, Nkj = 40 mg/l). The equation for total oxygen demand: TOD = COD + 4.57 Nkj. 
Efficiency for bubble aeration: 20 kg O2/kWh.
