Recombination Current

Welcome to module 5, the final week on Semiconductor Physics. In the preceding modules we have discussed the properties of a semiconductor material, the generation and recombination of charge carriers in a semiconductor and the behaviour of a p-n junction under various conditions.  This week we will discuss advanced concepts in semiconductors. In this video we will see how recombination and generation affect the J-V relationship of a p-n junction diode.
