5.1.1 Introduction
Course subject(s)
Module 5. Rethinking packaging
In the previous episodes we have seen several cycling strategies for sustainable packaging solutions. We have looked into the challenges of recycling, the opportunities of biobased materials and the possibilities of reusable packaging. This week we will take it a step further. How can we come up with innovative solutions and how do we implement them? In other words, how can we rethink packaging in order to create a circular system?
Nina Boorsma is another PhD candidate at the TU Delft, who researches the reduction of raw materials use through remanufacturing and reuse. She will give feedback on our Reuse episode from last week, before we get started with our fifth episode.
