5.1.4 Rethinking shampoo and household detergents
Mirjam de Bruijn had an idea that was assumed to be possible. But to be able to continue her project she needed to convince others. In the following video she describes the steps she took in developing her project and what the exact focus was.
- The focus of the project was not the change the way people wash their hair, but to find a new way to deliver shampoo.
- The challenge was to use design as a means to convince people to try something new.
- Prove that there is a demand and support for your idea, for example by doing a user study.
