Heterojunctions

This is the final video of module 5, and the final video on Semiconductor Physics. So far in this course, we only discussed a p-n junction that consists of the same semiconductor materials with the same bandgap energy. This is called a homojunction. In this video you will learn about a p-n junction consisting of two different semiconductor materials: the heterojunction.
