6.2.2 Bringing Together Everyone who needs to be involved.

Course subject(s) Module 6: Conclusion

The product design cannot be seen as a stand-alone process in the Circular Economy. The development of circular products requires systems thinking that brings science, business and society together.

In the video, David Peck talks with Willy Spanjer, from The Green Village about bringing circular products to market. Willy will explain how The Green Village helps with startups.

Key points:

  • To implement a circular innovation a few aspects need to be considered:  product design, appropriate business model, the general public must be open to the new product, the product must be compliant with regulations.
  • The Green Village provides a platform for the development of innovations. Creative ideas are set and tested at the living lab before being completely developed and tested at pilot locations.
