Next you will learn about a number of different approaches for producing aroma chemicals. Plant enzymes, either directly in the crushed plants or cloned in microorganisms as well as pure enzymes, are used for the production of a number of different aroma chemicals.

These products belong to the important group of the green notes and fruit esters.
