Co-creating Access to Safe Food

Food safety has become an important source of concern for the public In Hanoi. The risks and concerns surrounding food safety are not only limited to food production, but they also affect food retailing. Public authorities try to increase food safety by implementing policies that create space for modern supermarkets and restrict traditional food vending channels. In the following video, Sigrid Wertheim-Heck will show how citizens respond to these policies.  She will also explain how citizens are active in co-creating the development of a more sustainable food provision system in Hanoi that fits their lifestyles and daily shopping routines.
