In Hanoi, there is a number of small and innovative agro-food companies that want to find innovative solutions to the pressing issues of food safety, sustainability, and ethical food production. In this video, Dr. Jotte de Koning will show that these agro-food companies have a crucial role to play in the transition to a more sustainable food provision system. Moreover, she will highlight the potential of co-design to co-create a more sustainable food system that fits the lifestyles of Vietnam’s urban populations.
