Co-creating Governance of Urban Spaces
In the following video, Dr. Emma Puerari of the Technical University of Delft will talk about the governance of urban green space. She will give a definition of “urban public service” and then provide a brief history of governance arrangements in the context of urban public services. In recent years, many cities have moved from a 3P (public-private partnerships) to a 4P (public-private-people partnerships) model. Emma will explore the consequences of this change for the citizens’ role in managing the urban space.
