Amorphous Silicon

Course subject(s) Module 5. Thin Film Silicon

We start the thin film technologies section with thin film silicon. Thin film silicon is usually grown using a chemical vapour deposition process, which results in a material that is very different from the crystalline silicon we discussed in the first part of this course. In this video you will learn about the material properties of amorphous silicon.
