Application of the technique

We invite you to perform an analysis on the actors of the case you have chosen. Also bear in mind the commonly made mistakes as discussed in the video. As a wrap up we have listed them at the bottom of this assignment once again.

1. For your case, make a list of all actors
What actors are involved in this problem situation? Make a list of at least 10 actors.

2. Whom of these actors is your client?
Identify one of the actors (from your list of at least 10 in question 1) as the problem owner. Consider this actor as your (virtual) client. (S)he hires you, as an analyst, to help in deciding what to do.
