Module 1. Introduction & Crystalline Silicon I
We will start the crystalline silicon section with a short historical overview on the emergence of silicon-based solar cells. In this video, we will mainly discuss the many advantages of silicon based solar cells and their limitations. You will learn why the PV field has weighed the advantages and limitations in favour of this technology.
