Course subject(s) W03b – Trickling filters

In this lecture, prof. Van Lier discusses the biological treatment of wastewater in trickling filters.
In his introduction he explains the basic setup of trickling filters. Then the different elements of these filters are presented such as filter material, water distribution and underdrains.
