To give you an idea how the application of Step 4 could look like in a case, we made a worked example. In a Transport case about CO2 emissions, we show the creation of a problem diagram.
Please remember: there is no such thing as one good answer in this course! You can come up with goals and goal trees, based on the viewing point of your problem owner.
