Critical raw materials are an important topic on the European political agenda. Patrick will introduce you to EIT RawMaterials and how they and the European Commission respond to the critical raw materials challenge.

About our guest

Patrick is an expert for the sustainable discovery and supply of strategic minerals and metals. He holds a PhD in geology from the University of Auckland, NZ and has over 15 years of experience working at the interface between the mining industry, government, and academia.

In his current position as senior advisor for exploration and resource assessment at EIT RawMaterials, he focusses on innovative, digital, and sustainable solutions for the exploration and mining sector.
