Welcome to Module 2!
In this module we explore different façade systems, such as monolithic walls, curtain-walls (stick and unitized systems) and double-skins. We will help you understand their main construction principles and components, and analyze their suitability in different contexts considering advantages and disadvantages.
You will continue working on your own project and identify the systems that were used in the construction of the façade of your chosen building.
