The TOE framework, just introduced, aims to help you grasping the complexity of your project. Is your project merely complex in terms of technical elements? Or is it organisational complexity that bothers you? And/or are there external complexities to be expected in the project?

By scoring the (potential) appearance of elements in your project on a 5-point scale (none – little – some – substantial – very much), you will do a qualitative assessment. Results will be shown in the plots per dimension (technical, organizational and external).
