Time to test if your business model is future proof! In the last block you already identified the developments in your business environment using PESTLE analysis. In this block we will look at your business model and do a stress test. Let’s see if you can make your business model more robust.

We have created a guide for using the stress test tool in this assignment. This guide can be found here or found through the businessmakeover.eu website. This guide contains an explanation of how to use the tool (in a group), an example for Uber and an empty sheet of the stress test tool. You can print out the sheet, fill it in, take a picture, and upload it.
