Welcome to the third module of the course “Designing a climate-neutral world”!
Sections
The content of this module is split into five sections with a video. The sections are:

- Sphere of influence of cities
- Sustainable public procurement
- Urban regulations
- Urban planning
- Financial incentives, voluntary actions and communication
We have prepared additional materials including open discussions about the presented topics.
Learning outcomes
The third module addresses a variety of topics on the action that cities can perform. After completion of module 3 you will learn how ambitious and feasible GHG emission reduction targets for cities and municipalities are set and learn how to translate these into climate action plans.
