Which forms of bioenergy exist? And which feedstock options is bioenergy derived from? That is what we are going to discuss now. Direct combustion of biomass generates heat; often in combination with electrical power. Transformation of biomass leads to different fuels, biogas, syngas or even hydrogen.

Equivalent to the broad spectrum of bioenergies is the portfolio of bio-based feedstock. It reaches from primary biomass to bio-based waste materials. You will learn about both, bio-energies and bio-feedstock.
