4. Introduction and learning objectives

Course subject(s) Module 4. Mastering project complexity

Introduction

So, after experiencing how to manage project complexity, it is time to master it…..! If you are expecting the one-and-only single recipe for a successful project; I fear you will be disappointed. That one-and-only single recipe does not exist. However, you will get ideas for fitting your management approach to the complexities identified, and we will illustrate that a solution might be found if you increase the complexity of your project! That is mastering complexity, isn’t it?!?

Verified participants: At the end of this module, you will be asked to submit your fit-for-purpose project execution strategy to deal with the complexities identified. This assignment will be graded by the course team. Additionally, a peer review (optional) is carried out in Module 5.

Note that in Module 5, only some evaluation activities have to be executed. So after this Module 4, we have covered all content of the course!
