Content of the Learning Sequence

This learning sequence elaborates on experiences with offshoring and near-shoring from the perspective of a decision maker. The series inventories three subjects:

1. Top 5 lessons learned for selecting a near- or offshore vendor
2. Four learnings from practice for Global Software Engineering
3. Global Software Engineering and Physical Components

This learning sequence contains a series of three video lectures that are each followed by a quiz to check your knowledge. Finally, the lessons will conclude with an interview with Svenja de Vos, and an open discussion on a topic related to decision making in an offshore context.
