Claudia Werker is an associate professor in Economics of Technology and Innovationat the Department Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology as well as a visiting professor at the Research Area Technology, Innovation, Marketing and Entrepreneurship (TIME) at RWTH Aachen University. She has been teaching Bachelor, Master and PhD students in the field of Economics of Innovation and Technology.
Claudia Werker received her PhD-degree in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) from Freiberg University of Technology, Germany (summa cum laude). Starting with her PhD thesis she has been studying the creation and dissemination of innovation and knowledge in innovation systems.
Currently, her recent research focuses on management of technology and innovation, the economic effects of big data and design for values.
