Dr. Pieter Bots

Pieter Bots is an associate professor at the Faculty of  Technology and Policy Management. He studied Computer Science at Leiden University and a PhD at TU Delft. He develops and teaches a variety of methods for system modeling and policy analysis. His expertise lies mainly in the field of conceptual models and computational tools for problem formulation and multi-actor systems analysis, preferably in combination with game simulations. At SEPAM he teaches the course System Modeling 1 in the first year, and he is the module manager for the Bachelor’s final project in the third year.
