So far, we discussed the first steps in designing a business model. Now, we go a bit deeper in two of the four business model questions: The ‘What’ and ‘Who’ of a business model.

In the first video in this block we will discuss the What: how to provide offerings that meet the ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ of a customer. But Who exactly are your customers? This will be discussed in the second instruction video of this block.
