5.4.1 Drawing a Value Network

Course subject(s) Module 5: Designing Complex Business Models

Instead of using the BM tool of this block (the Partner value matrix tool), we will have an instruction video about value networks. Value networks can also be very helpful in distinguishing your partners roles and relationships. This tool will also be used in the ‘improve your own business’ assignment.

Since many participants have asked for additional reading material, we have added an article about value networks that can be found in the download section. Please keep in mind that it’s an academic paper, which might make it a little difficult to understand.
